At SZNS CoffeeHouse, we use USPS Ground shipping to deliver our freshly roasted coffee to customers throughout the United States. We strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable delivery for all orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within five-to-ten business days of receiving your order. Orders placed during weekends or peak holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping address provided at checkout. You can view the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Time

USPS Ground shipping typically takes between two to four business days, depending on the delivery location. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. You can track your shipment directly on the USPS website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout to avoid any delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your coffee, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or lost packages once they have been handed over to USPS. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
